Just did this today when it came in. Took about an hour.This can be done without heat but I would highly suggest using some kind of heat to loosen the glue.You’ll want to start with the back of the phone, the ribbon that connect the screen to the phone runs under the battery. The back is where you’ll also find the screws. The battery is difficult to remove because of the glue, but if you’re careful and use the plastic tools, you should be fine.The kits glue strips are in the screen protector package, they aren’t the best, so I’d suggest getting your own glue for it.I found a disassembly video on YouTube way more helpful than videos telling you how to replace the screen, you can familiarize yourself with he device before you get started.

The product is probably fine, but I couldn’t use it.BEWARE, the Motorola One 5G Ace is VERY difficult to disassemble (at least without a heat gun). The phone is held together by a lot of adhesive. The battery bent and sparked while trying to force it out. Now, I don’t trust the phone. It could be a fire hazard.So, I’m going to have to go buy a new phone, and I have no use for this screen replacement. Live and learn.5 stars because I don’t want to disparage the product or the seller.

Screen arrived defective several white lines running down it from top to bottom when the seller contacts me and correct said issue I will update my review everything functions perfectly it’s just the lines running down the center of the screen

I liked how easy it was to use. It came with all the tools needed to replace. It fit perfectly on my phone. So far so good. Great quality.

The replacement screen came with a lower pixel count and is less saturated. Despite editing the display settings, it has a bland low contrast.It came with a “Tempered Glass” screen protector as well, however it was already cracked.It works, but the quality is not there.
